About Hilorie

Hilorie Erautt FNP-C is a certified family nurse practitioner serving patients at Innovation Medical Group Southwest Territory, at their location in Durango, CO. Hilorie started her career in nursing in 2014 after graduating from Pueblo Community College where she earned her ADN.

She began working in the hospital while she continued her education through Grand Canyon University where she earned her BSN and MSM.

After two years in the hospital setting, she decided to move in a new direction by working in Home Health. While furthering her education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.

In August of 2022, she earned her FNP degree through Regis University. She is passionate about Dermatology, Wound Care, and Family Care.

When she is not working in the clinic she enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her husband and four daughters.
